I was thrilled with the interest and number of showings we had. And even more thrilled that it sold so quickly (on the first day) for more than what I asked for. Not only did I get the highest value for my condo, but the selling price also set a new bench mark for similar units within the complex.
Your expertise and advice with the purchase contract was invaluable. You went through the agreement point by point explaining what everything meant in a language that I understood. I never felt pressured and appreciated your patience throughout this process.
Right to the end, you have been a great support for me. You were always available to answer any questions and you always called to make sure that had everything that I needed. Just the other day, you dropped off boxes and packaging materials along with labels and a “moving checklist” which is extremely helpful.
It was great working with a realtor who is not only passionate about what he does but is also committed to getting the highest value and terms for his clients.
